Glass Lamination gives us high safety performance. Glass Lamination is a combination of two glasses with EVA/PA films in between for adhesion.
EVA/PA films are firm & rich of adhesion and cannot be penetrated when impacted. Therefore, even when the laminated glass is broken, the sheet glasses are still able to adhere to EVA/PA films and thus helps maintain the safety.
Laminated glass gives us good sound proof performance as laminated glass are good in damping action on sound waves; therefore, the laminated glasses are able to block the transmission of sound effectively and reduce the noises obviously; |

Work ability is an important merit.
In a vacuum condition, EVA/PA Films can be bonded at 95° - 105° C; a relatively low temperature. Moreover, the bonding is carried out without an autoclave or other bulky equipment. While it bonds well with other materials, self-adhesion at room temperature is controlled and calls for no covering paper making the sheets easy to handle and enhancing the productive.
Excellent Safety, security & UV Filtering Properties.
Glass with EVA/PA Film's even harder to shatter than glass with PVB interlayer film. Glass with EVA/PA Films are similar materials while security is enhanced even further with polycarbonate. EVA/PA films also filters out more than 91% of Ultraviolet rays for your peace of mind
